We decided to go with Dan Boddy because of his incredible Assistant Kyle Kotacska. Kyle did an excellent job with the photos and virtual tour of the property. Kyle seems to draw out the people for the open houses. Kyle is always quick to return a text or phone call. Dan is always available ot take a phone call . I was very happy with the final outcome of my home sale with Dan. Dan does his homework very well for the property analysis.
